STEPS TO USE INTERNET IN SMARTPHONES (ANDROID AND IOS)
STEP 1: Open play store (Android) or App Store in (IOS) and search for the application “Cyberoam iaccess”
STEP 2: It shows the Cyberoam iaccess search result. Click on the Cyberoam iaccess icon.
STEP 3: It open the Cyberoam iaccess application page then click on the “Install” button.
STEP 4: Please wait until it install the application on your smartphone.
STEP 5: After installation, shortcut of application will shown in your phone. Touch the Cyberoam iaccess icon.
STEP 6: It will open the application and login page will appear. Click the Settings option.
STEP 7: After opening the setting option you will see following options. Make sure 2nd, 3rd and 4th options are selected. Now click the gateway option.
STEP 8: Now change the value of “Gateway IP” as shown below.
STEP 9: Then press ok. If everything is ok then you will see the following message.
STEP 10: Now press the back button. You will see the login page. Type your login id and password and press “login” button.
STEP 11: You will see the following message. Now press “ok” button. Then press “Home” button of your smart phone to minimize the application. Do not close the window.
STEP 12: When you want to leave the Internet then press the Cyberoam iaccess icon in your smart phone. You will see the following window. Press the logout button.
STEP 13: When you successfully logged off you will see the following message.
STEP 14: From now onwards to connect with Internet just click on the Cyberoam iaccess icon.
STEP 15: You will automatically logged in. Now press “ok” button. Then press “Home” button of your smart phone to minimize the application. Do not close the window.
